  • You may not be suitable if you are:

    • Pregnant or breastfeeding

    • Immunosuppressed

    • Allergic to fish or fish products (due to the origin of the DNA fragments)

    A full assessment will be carried out at your consultation to ensure the treatment is appropriate for you.

  • Small amounts of product are injected into the skin using a fine needle or microcannula. The sensation is usually mild, though a numbing cream can be used to reduce discomfort. The treated area may appear slightly red or swollen immediately afterwards.

  • Polynucleotides are highly purified and biocompatible. The most common side effects are mild and temporary, such as tenderness, swelling or bruising. Rare complications, such as infection or allergic reaction, will be fully discussed prior to treatment.

  • Some clients notice a visible improvement in skin hydration and glow within the first two weeks. However, the best results typically appear after the full course of two or three sessions, with continued improvements in firmness, tone and texture over time.

  • Results usually last between 6 and 9 months. A top-up treatment is recommended at 6 to 8 months to maintain skin quality.
